Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe — 10 to 20 business days
United Kingdom — 10 to 20 business days
Rest of World — 15 to 30 business days

2 bottles — free shipping
3 bottles — free priority shipping

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking number to become active.

Delays
G'LORE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. In case of significant delay we will contact you by email.

Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us.
We will do everything possible to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
